BLINK CINCINNATI

Every two years, BLINK creates an interactive light and installation show throughout downtown Cincinnati. Artists, brands, and businesses are challenged to submit any and all creative ideas. GREY asked each of us to submit our own ideas. I chose to focus on the audience interacting with the installations, children playing in the parks downtown, and created an interactive HOPSCOTCH installation. BLINK loved the simplicity of this idea, so in 2019 GREY created its first installation at BLINK: an LED hopscotch board.

 

As the Creative Director on the project, we tasked our summer interns to transform and market this this project even further. They chose to focus on our environment and ocean. Together, we created an interactive story to teach children about ocean pollution with a turtle named Lumi.
